After receiving valuable feedback from our dedicated Color Corps members, and in collaboration with our Diocesan Bishops, Marshals, and District Leadership, we are pleased to announce an important Color Corps Training opportunity at St. Luke’s Church in Stroudsburg.

We are especially looking for all Color Corps members to take part in this training. Whether you have served for many years, are newly involved, or are considering joining the Color Corps, your presence is strongly encouraged and greatly valued.

This training is designed for:

All current Color Corps members
Sir Knights interested in becoming Color Corps members
Third Degree Knights who would like to learn more about the Fourth Degree and Color Corps
Fourth Degree leaders, Faithful Navigators, Color Corps Commanders, and Assembly officers

The Color Corps is one of the most visible and dignified expressions of our Order. When we stand in service at Masses, Confirmations, processions, patriotic events, and civic ceremonies, we represent not only the Knights of Columbus, but our faith, our Church, and the proud traditions of the Fourth Degree.

This training will provide valuable hands-on instruction while also reinforcing the dignity, reverence, and importance of the Color Corps’ work. It is essential that every member be familiar with the proper policies, procedures, movements, and expectations so that our service is carried out with elegance, precision, unity, and respect.

Even those who have served in the Color Corps for many years are strongly encouraged to attend. Procedures and expectations continue to be refined, and this is an excellent opportunity to refresh our skills, ask questions, and ensure that we are all operating under the same standards throughout the Pennsylvania Central District.

We are pleased that experienced Color Corps leadership will be present to assist with instruction and guidance, including our District Marshal, Deputy District Marshal, and training leadership. Their experience and dedication will help ensure that this is a meaningful and worthwhile session for every attendee.

Those attending this District Color Corps Training will receive a certification card of their participation and commitment to maintaining the current standards and practices of the Color Corps in the Pennsylvania Central District.
